    Tracy Sharpe, alongside her partner in both business and life, CEJ Mussell, co-owns Chitmexw Tiny Homes and Sharpe Distillery. Hailing from Cawston, B.C., their joint ventures prioritize sustainability, crafting eco-friendly tiny homes and artisanal spirits. With Tracy's deep-rooted love for nature and CEJ's shared vision, they embody a commitment to environmental consciousness, shaping a greener future together.

  • Lead Architectural Designer

    Josh is an experienced professional in the construction and design industry since 2016, starting as a laborer/builder in high school. With a strong knowledge of construction and homebuilding, he joined Built Prefab in 2020. Skilled in 3D design software like Sketchup, Lumion, ChiefArchitect, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Revit, Josh holds a Diploma in Architectural Engineering and Technology from Thompson Rivers University (2019) and later obtained a Bachelor's Degree. His future plans include pursuing a Master's Degree in Architecture and becoming a certified Architect. Josh is a hardworking problem-solver who adapts well to different situations.

    CEJ Mussell, co-owner of Chitmexw Tiny Homes and Sharpe Distillery with partner Tracy Sharpe, is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for innovative construction and artisanal spirits. The name Chítmexw, derived from the Halq'eméylem language spoken by Stó:lō communities around Chilliwack, British Columbia, holds special significance for CEJ as it represents his given Indigenous name, meaning "Owl." Committed to continuous learning, CEJ thrives on turning challenges into opportunities for growth. From crafting sustainable living spaces to producing unique beverages, CEJ Mussell's journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence in both building homes and creation.
